What do I need to watch a Streaming Rental?
If you buy a Streaming Rental, you can watch the video directly in your web browser via instant streaming. You don't need any special software or hardware - if you can view the trailer, the film will also play. All Streaming Rentals can also be viewed on an iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch.
What connection speed do I need to watch a Streaming Rental?
While watching Streaming Rentals your computer or tablet must be connected to the internet. We recommend high-speed broadband or a high-speed 3G connection for streaming. The video quality will automatically adjust to match your bandwidth, so to get the maximum resolution video, you should use the fastest connection available to you.
Can I pause my Streaming Rental and come back to watch later?
Yes, if you get interrupted and want to resume later, you can pause and resume the film up to 4 times after you start watching, as long as you finish within 30 days. When you pay you will be sent a password to log in and resume viewing later. Each time you start watching the film you have 3 hours, so if you pause and leave the browser open, after 3 hours the player will automatically reload so you can access the film again.
Can I resume my Streaming Rental from a different device?
Yes, you can log in to any other device to resume within your rental period.
When will my Streaming Rental expire?
Your rental will expire after 30 days, after you've resumed viewing the fifth time, or once you have finished watching the film, whichever happens first.
What if I have some other technical problem? How do I contact you for help?
If you have any problems viewing the film, please email hello@distrify.com quoting the order number from the email receipt you received. If for any reason you are unable to access the film, we will first attempt to solve your problem, however, if you still cannot access the film for any reason, we will cancel the order and give you a full refund.
