What do I need to watch a Streaming Rental?
If you buy a Streaming Rental, you can watch the video directly in your web browser via instant streaming. You don't need any special software or hardware - if you can view the trailer, the film will also play. Streaming Rentals can be viewed on any modern computer, as well as on iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, most Android tablets and smartphones, and some connected TVs.
What connection speed do I need to watch a Streaming Rental?
While watching Streaming Rentals your computer or tablet must be connected to the internet. We recommend high-speed broadband or a high-speed 3G connection for streaming. The video quality will automatically adjust to match your bandwidth, so to get the maximum resolution video, you should use the fastest connection available to you.
Can I pause my Streaming Rental and come back to watch later?
Yes, a rental allows you to watch the film one time, but you don't have to watch it all in one sitting. If you get interrupted and want to resume later, you can resume the film up to 5 times within 30 days. When you pay you will be sent a password to log in and resume viewing later. We'll keep track of where you paused the movie so you can easily start again later. You will be able to watch the movie at least once all the way through.
Can I resume my Streaming Rental from a different device?
Yes, you can log in to any other device to resume within your rental period.
When will my Streaming Rental expire?
Your rental allows you to watch the film one time, but will also expire after 30 days or after resuming the fifth time.
What if I have some other technical problem? How do I contact you for help?
If you have any problems viewing the film, please email hello@distrify.com quoting the order number from the email receipt you received. If for any reason you are unable to access the film, we will first attempt to solve your problem, however, if you still cannot access the film for any reason, we will cancel the order and give you a full refund.
